Mil Luces had a digital presence that did not fully reflect the variety and quality of its products, making it difficult to navigate and discover lamps and luminaires by style, type or location. The lack of optimization in the store structure, in the presentation of products and in strategic conversion elements generated friction in the user experience, limiting the performance of the site and the use of qualified traffic. A comprehensive redesign of the Mil Luces website was carried out, optimizing the UX/UI to facilitate navigation and improve product discovery by category, style and type of lighting. CRO strategies were implemented through more visible calls to action, information hierarchy improvements and purchase flow optimization, along with on-page SEO optimizations and techniques to increase organic visibility and strengthen overall site performance.
