FresaFit was facing limitations in its Shopify store that were impacting conversion and growth. The navigation and visual architecture did not reflect its premium positioning or highlight its differentiator: exclusive anime-inspired designs. Product and collection pages created friction in the user journey, making product discovery difficult. At a technical level, there were opportunities for improvement in speed, SEO and checkout, in addition to the absence of elements of trust and urgency, which caused cart abandonment and loss of conversions. A comprehensive redesign of FresaFit's Shopify store was designed and implemented, focused on three pillars: premium visual identity, conversion optimization (CRO), and seamless user experience. The new visual proposal fuses the dynamism of fitness with anime culture, creating a unique and memorable identity aligned with the brand's positioning.

The site architecture was reorganized with clear navigation and smart collections by category, workout type, and anime-themed collections, making product discovery easier. The product pages were optimized with visual storytelling, highlighting premium materials, Mexican manufacturing, clear size charts and visible reviews.

On a technical level, the site's performance was optimized through image compression, lazy loading and a solid on-page and technical SEO structure. The checkout was redesigned to reduce friction, prioritizing a mobile-first experience and integrating elements of trust and urgency at key points in the funnel.

The result is a store aligned with FresaFit's premium identity, with an optimized experience from start to finish that improves the user journey and maximizes conversion.
