The lack of optimization in the subscription flow, product presentation and conversion elements, added to opportunities for improvement in SEO and organic visibility, limited the acquisition of new members and the use of digital traffic. e carried out a comprehensive redesign of the FRMLL website focused on UX/UI, CRO and SEO, with the aim of improving the user experience and boosting subscriptions to the vinyl club. The information architecture and navigation were reorganized to facilitate the discovery of albums of the month, subscription plans and accessories, integrating visual storytelling on each product page to highlight the benefits of shipping and the exclusive value of additional content.

The subscription and purchase flow was optimized, incorporating strategic calls to action, trust elements and a clear information hierarchy that reduces friction and improves conversion. At a technical level, on-page and technical SEO improvements were implemented, including optimization of titles, meta descriptions, headers and URLs, as well as loading speed and indexing adjustments. The result is a more functional, attractive and results-oriented website, which reflects the club's identity and strengthens member acquisition and loyalty.
