Lingerie Carnival had an online store whose user experience and visual structure were not optimized for conversion. The navigation and presentation of products generated friction in the purchasing process, especially in the selection of sizes and models, impacting the conversion rate. In addition, the site presented opportunities for improvement in SEO, both at a technical and content level, which limited its organic visibility. The lack of controlled tests (A/B testing) prevented the validation of improvements in design, copy and calls to action, making it difficult to continuously optimize e-commerce performance. A UX/UI redesign was implemented focused on improving the shopping experience and facilitating user navigation. Key pages and product presentation were optimized to reduce friction in the selection of sizes and models.

Additionally, an A/B testing strategy was executed to validate improvements in design, copy and calls to action, allowing data-based decisions. At a technical and content level, the SEO structure was optimized, strengthening organic visibility and qualified traffic to the online store.
